What Your Days Will Look Like
- Manage customer enquiries via email and phone, providing clear, timely solutions
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with professionalism
- Oversee inventory processes and collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners
- Support internal teams, enhancing the overall customer journey
- Take initiative to improve processes and deliver innovative service solutions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in complex issue resolution and customer relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A growth mindset, initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Previous experience in eCommerce or Retail is a plus
