• Oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Store Managers and their teams
• Analyse sales data and drive KPIs across all locations
• Ensure operational excellence, visual merchandising, and brand standards
• Champion high standards of customer service and employee engagement
• Communicate company updates and support new store openings

• Experience managing multiple sites or a high-performing store
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities
• Commercially astute and confident analysing data to drive performance
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with regular travel between stores
• Background in fashion or customer service is a plus
