What You Will Be Working On

This role is about more than managing a boutique – it’s about creating our brand’s first footprint in Canberra. You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving commercial strategies to establish and achieve boutique sales targets
• Recruiting, leading and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
• Implementing exceptional client relationship management in a new market
• Creating visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand’s refined aesthetic
• Managing inventory and loss prevention with meticulous attention to detail
• Facilitating team development and performance management
• Building relationships with the local community and establishing a loyal client base

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

We’re seeking a pioneering leader who embodies our commitment to intelligence, craftsmanship, and contemporary elegance. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• A results-driven mindset with proven ability to manage KPIs
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities

• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to establish a brand in a new market
