In your first 12 months, you’ll design world-class fulfilment systems for this globally celebrated Australian furniture brand’s international expansion, working with exquisite pieces and rare antiques while ensuring each delivery reflects the same excellence as the designs themselves.

You’ll focus on strategic initiatives that matter most to experienced logistics professionals ready for their next career milestone. Rather than maintaining routine operations, you’ll tackle complex challenges of international expansion and luxury goods fulfilment. Your key focus includes designing distribution networks across three countries, establishing premium logistics provider relationships, and creating technology infrastructure supporting seamless customer experiences. You’ll coordinate special delivery requirements for high-value pieces, implement white-glove services, and develop sustainable logistics practices.

You’ll collaborate with design and product teams to ensure logistics capabilities support new launches, while managing import/export complexities and international shipping coordination. Your analytical expertise will drive continuous improvement, optimising everything from inventory turnover to transportation routes.

You’re an experienced logistics leader who thrives on building something significant from the ground up, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to implement world-class systems while maintaining flexibility for rapid growth.

Essential requirements:

• 5+ years progressive logistics and fulfilment management experience, with 3+ years in senior roles
• Proven experience in furniture, luxury goods, or industries with complex logistics requirements
• Strong expertise in transportation management, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Experience implementing logistics technology including ERP systems, WMS, and TMS
• Advanced analytical skills with KPI management experience
• Understanding of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures
