What You Will Be Working On
As General Manager, you’ll lead the entire business operation while working closely with our CEO to elevate the brands presence in Australia and drive growth in an increasingly competitive market.
- You’ll shape the strategic direction, identifying new opportunities to expand our digital footprint and reach trend-conscious consumers. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll optimise the operations from buying and planning through to customer delivery, ensuring our client maintains profitability while staying true to their values.
- You’ll build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders who align with the brand ethos, creating collaborations that amplify our reach. Your leadership will cultivate innovation across all teams, from the creative design process to technology implementation and sustainable supply chain methods.
- Most importantly, you’ll ensure the brand voice and vision remain authentic while scaling, maintaining connection with the brands audience who demand both style and substance from the brands they support.
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
You’re a fashion industry leader who understands the digital landscape and has a passion for emerging trends and sustainability. You’re equally comfortable analysing financial reports as you are providing creative direction for marketing campaigns or product collections.
- You have proven experience in senior leadership roles within fashion, e-commerce, or retail (ideally as a General Manager, Managing Director, or similar)
- You possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth objectives with profitability targets
- You’re digitally savvy with experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, and e-commerce optimization
- You’re a visionary leader who can inspire teams while also rolling up your sleeves when needed
- You have a track record of implementing sustainable or ethical practices within business operations
