In this landmark role, you’ll build a boutique from the ground up, transforming it into a sanctuary of style where every client interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable, luxurious experience.

You’ll be responsible for establishing and driving the commercial success of the boutique while embodying the brand’s commitment to refined aesthetics and contemporary femininity.

Your first 12 months will be a journey of professional growth and brand building, where you’ll:

• Establish and lead a high-performing team in Canberra’s luxury fashion landscape
• Develop your commercial acumen through strategic sales initiatives

• Bring our design philosophy to life through impeccable boutique presentation and team leadership

This role is about more than managing a boutique – it’s about creating our brand’s first footprint in Canberra. You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving commercial strategies to establish and achieve boutique sales targets
• Recruiting, leading and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
• Implementing exceptional client relationship management in a new market
• Creating visual merchandising standards that reflect our brand’s refined aesthetic
• Managing inventory and loss prevention with meticulous attention to detail
• Facilitating team development and performance management
• Building relationships with the local community and establishing a loyal client base
