In this pivotal leadership position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to elevate every aspect of a luxury brand that prides itself on being down-to-earth. Within your first 12 months, you’ll implement game-changing operational improvements that directly enhance the client journey, mentor a growing team of passionate professionals, and position yourself for an exciting trajectory toward General Management.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, marketing, sales, and HR that directly impact company growth and client satisfaction

  • Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service delivery across all showrooms.
  • Your strategic insight will drive inventory management excellence, ensuring optimal stock levels that balance client needs with business efficiency. By implementing data-driven strategies, you’ll prevent stockouts while minimising waste.
