Store Manager

Location: Balwyn, VIC

This is a leadership role built on trust, consistency and connection. As Store Manager, you’ll lead a well-established menswear store where relationships matter — with customers, with your team, and within a business that genuinely supports its leaders.

You’ll take ownership of community-focused store at Balwyn shopping strip, creating an environment where customers feel known and teams feel supported. It’s a role for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, takes pride in standards, and values long-term impact over quick wins.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a connected, high-performing store team
• Deliver consistent commercial results through strong service and floor leadership
• Create a welcoming store environment aligned with a classic, relaxed menswear aesthetic
• Manage stock, VM and daily operations with confidence and care
• Build meaningful relationships with loyal customers and the local community

The Ideal Candidate You’re a people-first retail leader who values consistency, care and accountability. You will bring:

• Proven experience in retail management or strong supervisory roles
• A hands-on leadership style and genuine approach to customer service
• Commercial awareness with a calm, practical mindset
• Readiness to step up into full store ownership if coming from an Assistant Manager role

Experience in menswear or lifestyle retail is ideal, though leaders from beauty, hospitality or service-led environments are also encouraged to apply.
