What You Will Be Working On

This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership. You’ll partner closely with HQ while empowering venue managers and reservations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Key focus areas:

• Overseeing daily operations across venues and reservations to maintain performance and guest care
• Developing and embedding SOPs and scalable systems that align with company values
• Leading the rollout of new tech tools, reservation platforms, and eCommerce
• Driving budgeting and P&L outcomes in partnership with finance
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety, HR, and legal standards

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

You’re an empathetic, detail-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments. You’re equally at ease building strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to get things done. The ideal candidate will have:

• Natural leadership ability, a person who builds trust and clarity across teams
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Love refining systems while staying human-focused
• 2–5 years in an operations leadership role (hospitality, wellness, or retail ideal)
• Experience managing multi-site or multi-state operations
• Strong systems knowledge (HR, reservations, communications)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skill
• Familiarity with platforms like Employment Hero, Slack, or Notion (ideally)
• A passion for building empowered, values-aligned teams
