What You Will Be Working On

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the orchestrator of exceptional customer journeys and a key contributor to operational excellence. Rather than simply answering inquiries, you’ll be creating connections between discerning clients and extraordinary design pieces that transform spaces.

You’ll serve as the primary touchpoint for customers engaging with a brand synonymous with excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects the same attention to detail and quality that defines our product collections. Your ability to seamlessly manage multiple priorities will allow the business to maintain its trajectory of growth while preserving its reputation for exceptional service.

Your impact will extend beyond customer support as you collaborate with the Product and Sales Managers to bring special projects to life and ensure that our inventory management is as meticulously maintained as our design standards. Through your work with third-party logistics providers, you’ll help ensure that the journey of each carefully crafted piece from warehouse to customer is as flawless as the design itself.

We’re looking for someone who approaches administration with the same creative problem-solving and attention to detail that our designers bring to their collections. Your technical proficiency with systems like Cin7 and Shopify will be complemented by your natural ability to communicate with warmth and precision.

• Experience with ERP systems (particularly Cin7) and eCommerce platforms like Shopify that allows you to maintain the accuracy that luxury customers expect
• Background in customer service or experience management, ideally where you’ve worked with clients who have high expectations for quality and responsiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to represent a prestigious brand appropriately in every interaction
• Ability to self-manage and maintain exceptional productivity while working independently in a hybrid environment
