What You Will Be Working On

– Develop and maintain customer engagement metrics and analytics

– Lead weekly strategic discussions with C-suite leadership across US and Australian markets

– Transform customer data strategy through innovative system implementation

– Create and implement personalisation strategies for high-value global clients

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

You are an experienced CRM professional who understands the nuances of premium retail customer engagement. Your background includes:

– Minimum 5 years of CRM experience in luxury retail or premium fashion

– Strong technical understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities

– Proven track record in developing and managing loyalty programs

– Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-suite executives

– Deep understanding of luxury retail customer behavior and expectations

– Superior analytical and stakeholder management skills

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
