This is a senior opportunity to own and drive the global sales function of a fast-growing, internationally expanding Australian fashion label. The brand operates across retail, eCommerce and wholesale with serious momentum, a loyal international following and collections that are gaining strong traction across global markets. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will shape and execute the wholesale strategy, deepen key account relationships and open new market opportunities across four collections a year.

• Fully remote-friendly and based anywhere in Australia, with monthly travel to support partners and showrooms

What You Will Be Working On
• Develop and execute the international wholesale and sales strategy, aligned to seasonal collections and business objectives
• Manage and grow global wholesale accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all key partners
• Identify new international markets and prospective wholesale partners to drive revenue growth
• Conduct seasonal showrooms in-person and virtually, presenting collections and driving orders across four drops per year
• Travel monthly to support partner relationships, showroom presentations and key account meetings
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with international partners
• Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance, driving in-season orders, reorders and swaps to hit targets
• Coordinate with internal logistics, operations and merchandise teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
• Identify and execute exclusive programs with key partners to strengthen global brand positioning
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
You are a commercially sharp, relationship-driven sales leader who knows the international fashion wholesale landscape and has the partnerships to prove it. You are equally comfortable in a showroom, a strategy meeting and a performance review, and you know how to translate brand vision into global commercial outcomes.
• 5+ years experience in international wholesale or sales within premium or contemporary fashion
• Proven track record managing global key accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple markets
• Existing relationships with key international wholesale partners — you hit the ground running
• Commercially astute with the ability to analyse product categories and make data-informed decisions
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities across international time zones
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder, both globally and cross-functionally
• Open to monthly travel domestically and internationally, and energised by the pace of a high-growth fashion environment
Backgrounds in Head of Sales, Global Wholesale Management, International Sales or Key Account Management within premium or contemporary fashion are all welcome.
